She woke up from her nap in a tangle of limbs and sheets and with a head full of happy, sleepy, contented fog. A heartbeat under her ear beat a soothing drum. The mixture of their combined scents and happy pheromones was sheer bliss, even though her shoulders and neck burned and ached from the painful bites.

The rumbling chest behind her and the strong arms wrapped around her middle made her feel safer than she’d felt in weeks. Fingers were splayed lightly over her lower abdomen, a protective, claiming gesture. Her heart swelled at the achingly sweet perfection of it.

Finn’s low, rumbling purr at her back finally convinced her to stretch and open her eyes. She arched lazily and stretched between her two lovers. Her hand found Holden’s metal shoulder and slid down, fingers tracing over the seams between the metal plates, until their palms met and their fingers threaded together.

On a different level, Beth rationalized that they should probably get out of bed now or else they might never get out of it at all.

She tried to summon the courage to shift position and sit up. The arm draped across her hip moved as Holden burrowed deeper into the front curve of her body, his face pressed into the hollow of her throat.

His tongue snaked out and licked the tender, raw bite marks that he’d left behind as he’d claimed her. She moaned at the contact and tilted her face to give him better access, hiking her leg up higher over his, pulling his pelvis into the cradle of her hips.

The evidence of the guys’ combined arousal swelled and nudged against her from both sides. A heady wash of pheromones and their unique combination of scents filled her nose. Moisture gathered between her thighs.

Holden’s teeth lightly grazed his bite marks on her neck. Her tender nipples pebbled, taut and stiff against the hard planes of the muscled, scarred beta in front of her. She gasped, then moaned and writhed between them. Finn’s erection pressed against her ass. The hand that had cupped her still flat belly slid lower. He teased her.

Her pants had been removed at some point. His fingers found skin. She worried for just a second that she hadn’t known they’d undressed her. But then Finn’s fingers made contact with her clit and she sighed a blissed-out sigh. Her Alpha reached an arm over her and his hand dipped between her folds.

He rolled her clit in lazy, maddening circles as her beta groaned and rubbed himself against her front, his blunt teeth pricking at her neck.

“How much do you like these panties?” Finn growled.

“Right now I hate them, Alpha,” she answered.

Finn shifted, pulling away from her back, then ripped her panties at the seam and tugged them off of her. Her eyes widened, but she laughed, and then his fingers were back, exploring her and separating her slick folds to tease against her entrance.

Beth arched into the touch. He slipped three fingers inside of her and stretched. She screwed her eyes shut and licked her lips, burying her face into the pillow.
